What are your hours?

My hours are Mondays from 10am-5pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9am-5pm, and Thursdays from 8am-1pm.

I do not check messages/email Friday-Sunday. If you are having an emergency please call 911 or the King County Crisis Line: 206-461-3222

If you feel like you require more than 1x a week or late evening or weekend availability, I am happy to provide referrals.

What are your late cancellation or no-show fees?

A late cancellation is considered within 24 hours of the appointment time. Late Cancellation/No-show/more than 10 min late Fee: $150, which will be charged to the credit card on file as insurance companies do not cover this fee. 

How to book a free consultation?

Click any of the request appointment buttons and one of the options that will appear will be an initial consultation no-charge. Please select that option and please note that a credit card must be on file to book the consultation but there will be no charge.

What is the cost per session, and what payment options are available?

The initial Individual Intake session (50 min) is $195. Individual sessions (50 min) are $175. If you have insurance please check with your specific plan to understand what your deductible is as well as how therapy is covered. You will be responsible for your co-pay and any other costs your insurance plan does not cover.  All payments will be charged through your credit card that is on file.

In-person or virtual?

All of my appointments and offerings are virtual. Nothing is held in person. You can join our appointments using your phone, laptop, or tablet.

Is there income-based or under/not insured availability?

I have a limited number of reduced-fee spots available. These spots are prioritized for those who are uninsured, underinsured, or may have difficulty accessing services. The reduced fee is available to only those who can “pay in cash,” the rate is $125 per appointment. To be clear, paying in cash refers to paying via the credit card that is on file for the sessions.

How do I join our virtual appointments?

Prior to our session, I will send out a HIPAA complaint Zoom link that we will use for all of our sessions. 

Will I get a reminder email or text message about our appointments?

You will get both an email and text message 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

How long is each therapy session?

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.

How will my personal information and confidentiality be protected?

Email, Zoom, Voicemail, Texting, and my electronic health records system are all HIPAA compliant.
