In our individual therapy sessions, I am here to offer you compassionate support, kindness, and uplifting guidance. Whether you’re taking your first step into counseling or have been on this journey for years, I am committed to co-creating a space where you have the freedom to define what works for you.

One aspect I truly value is the examination and reevaluation of the narratives we grew up with. By challenging these narratives, we can foster a more positive and empowering understanding of ourselves. Rates and Insurance
Insurances I am paneled with:

- Cigna
- Aetna
- First Choice
- Regence
If you are out of network (OON), check with your insurance for OON benefits and you can ask for a superbill to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.
Current Rates:
- Individual session (50 min): $175
- Individual Intake (50 min): $195
- Reduced Fee (cash rate only): $125. (I have a limited number of reduced-fee spots available. These spots are prioritized for those who are uninsured, underinsured, or may have difficulty accessing services.)
- Letter Writing/Consultation: $45 for 15 min. Prorated off of the cash rate, billed in 15 min increments.
- Late Cancellation/No-show/more than 10 min late Fee: $150
- 15-minute initial phone consultation: Free. Please note that a credit card must be on file to book the consultation but there will be no charge.
